Chinese investor acquires Former five storey Mill in Manchester for conversion

Warwick Mill situated on Oldham Road adjacent to the town centre of Middleton in Greater Manchester comprising of approximately 186,000 square feet (17,279 sq. m.) gross internal area over five storeys plus service yard was purchased by Chinese firm LED Emporium Ltd in September 2014 for marginally below £2,000,000 (20,000,000 RMB). The property is to be converted to provide mixed business and residential accommodation. Acquisition of the former mill was negotiated through the vendors Manchester agent, W T Gunson.
